The traditional PPC/Carbon client remains available for v675, but its lifespan is drawing ever closer to an end. Provisionally we expect to stop supporting it after v681.

Vismund Cygnus sent the following report to TMN:

Recently I (Vismund Cygnus) led a scientific expedition into the heart of the Abyss. My comrades were few, but we did the best with the materials we had. Here are a few quick sketches of the wildlife we saw.

Highlights from the trip include:

-Discovering a GD in Abyss.
-Foxx falling to said GD.
-Me entering the Abyss twice and making it out alive . . . once.
-Me departing from Abyss once.
-Trying to decide which of us—the lone healer, the fighter with large amounts of fog, the fighter with no Loovma, or the mystic should attempt a chain run. We picked the mystic.
-Various rescue parties falling to a GD in Abyss.
-Eventually being saved by a Chaos Storm.
-Garion Fighter being det lms in Town Center with 13 healers on him.
