Pets unleashed for healers! Over 50 pets to find, and more coming every update. Note: this feature is still very early in development, and there will likely be many bug fixes and balance tweaks in the future. Remember to /BUG anything you think might be a bug.
No crashes in 809 days and counting.
(The computer that hosts the game server spontaneously decided to reboot itself, for no apparent reason, at around 04:40 UTC on 14 Feb. We’re not counting this as an official “crash” because our gerbils were trundling along just fine, thank you — right up until the roof caved in.
Unfortunately, it took an hour or so thereafter to roust the designated Gerbil Wrangler out of his slumbers and to get the game up and running again. Sorry about that.
To mitigate any future recurrences, we’ve now installed a very fine totally hands-free Automatic Gerbil Gooser. Should the host computer ever try to pull a similar stunt, the A.G.G. will swing into action, gerbils will get goosed, and the game will come back up — ideally, all in less than a minute or two.)
