I know it has been a long time since Creed or I have submitted anything to TMN. My apologies!

You may have heard there was a significant Darshak invasion yesterday in Puddleby. A determined group of exiles fought bravely for several hours to repel the invasion, which seemed centered upon the brewery. The Darshak threw everything they had at us, including Assassins and trained ferals. Unfortunately several Carousers did manage to raid the brewery and steal quite a few barrels of beer and ale, which they began moving toward their ships at our docks.

I was so busy in the thick of the battle that I was only able to make one quick sketch of the action on the docks—see above. With the help of reinforcements, namely Garr and Bastion with their cloaks of flame, we were able to raid the docked ship and recover much of our goods. Once we had the beaches cleared, we launched our boats and fought on the water for quite some time. Finally we took the fight to the western bay off of Ash Island, where Bastion and Garr were able to slaughter many of the Darshak on that beach.

Unfortunately, I was called away before the battle was completely over, but we, the exiles, seemed to have the upper hand at that point. Three cheers for the brave exiles of Puddleby!
