Progress at the Alliance Castle Construction Site

Hey Para,

It looks like the Alliance Castle is coming along nicely; it seems like all they need to do is drop the drawbridge. However, some not-so-friendly folks seemed to have shown up and aren't too keen on a friendly conversation.

you can bump into striker if you go south of Hammurdern, but he doesn't seem like the chatting type.
