How much longer will exiles have to wait for the opening of the Alliance Castle?

Fundin got that right... Most of the clans that created the Alliance are covered in cobwebs and dust!

Ya' think there might be a Fen amusement park inside the walls! Or maybe a catnip tea shop? Maybe a store that sells even softer Fen beds. Oh, oh... I want trainers for the New Ranger Fen-Healer!

The Alliance Castle was already being talked about and had scrolls when I first joined the game in v.42 (that's 1998). Cassia Allin finally appeared in v.130 (2000, I believe). I believe this builder has collected 100% of building materials four or five times since then.
