Hex sent the following report to TMN:
Recently a group of exiles lead by Mephisto made the dangerous backdoor entry to Tepui, with assistance from Xel (not pictured). We explored the region looking for yet unfound paths, though were unsuccessful in that regard. The hunt was a great success, however, and much fun was had by all. Once thought to be a dangerous and thus ignored route to Tepui, our increased strength seems to be making this shorter entrance much more viable.
Posted by Para at July 17, 2007 09:07 AMBy "backdoor" do you mean the South Metz entrance? I thought that didn't lead up onto the main tepui?
Or are you talking about something else?
Posted by: Xepel on July 17, 2007 10:40 AMGo Mujin! Hmm, I wonder who is absent from this picture....
/action stirs the pot some more...
Posted by: Inu Teisei on July 17, 2007 10:48 AMActually it's a mystic with a strange stone that makes that entrance more viable. Even with one million ranks you ain't climbing that cliff. = (

I had hoped there was some new way to climb that cliff to allow more groups to go there more often.
Posted by: Xepel on July 17, 2007 03:17 PMNope, no way to climb the cliff apart from having a mystic help ya jump up there. Once on person is up though, a vine rope can be attached to allow the others to follow. However, the dangerous part is clearing the inital snell of yorillas and hoping not to get the whole party trapped in the bottleneck entrance.
