Crunch sent the following report to TMN:
Several weeks ago, CoNGA found this statue. Does it belong to anyone, or can we keep it?

FAQs about this entry: see below
1) "I posted an anonymous complaint about this image. Why was it deleted?"
All anonymous messages posted to TMN are subject to deletion at any time, especially inflammatory or whiny ones.
2) "I posted a complaint about this image and it was deleted. And then why did you delete my complaint about censorship?"
All flame-war comments posted to TMN, anonymous or not, are subject to deletion at any time. This board is NOT a discussion forum and the commenting system here is not robust enough to handle that sort of message traffic. Please take these discussions to the Clan Lord Sentinel. I have made this point many times in the past, and the policy still stands. As for "censorship," all comments posted here are subject to deletion if they get in the way of the mission of TMN. If you don't like the policy, please don't post comments or read TMN.
3) "Isn't this message from CoNGA just boasting? Why didn't they reveal all the information about the location of this statue? Doesn't the lack of such full disclosure mean they are a bunch of jerks?"
No. Even if CoNGA had expressly asked me to post exactly how to find this statue, I would not have done it. If you have a problem with this, you should take it up with me, not CoNGA. I believe that others should have the opportunity to explore on their own. I work very hard to maintain the delicate balance between potentially revealing game secrets and publishing news that's interesting and helps to make Clan Lord fun. I've been doing it for a long time, and I think I'm pretty good at it. If you think you can do a better job, I encourage you to set up your own news site.
I'm happy CoNGA sent me some interesting news (and I will say that I haven't been getting much news in general lately). My hat is off to them.
