There was a meshra invasion of the town yesterday. Exiles quickly drove them back, but several new kinds of meshra were seen: Warriors and Defenders in particular. Here are a couple of sketches I managed to make in between falling:

Meshra invasion

The red ones are Meshra Defenders, if I remember right. Warriors are blue.

Meshra Matriarch

Here Rincewind, Jacob and Bladebringer have managed to trap the Meshra Matriarch. She growled a lot, but wouldn't talk to us. Soon after this, she was defeated.
